Bhopal, Aug. 16 -- We got 'Kati, phati azadi' (torn, incomplete freedom) on August 15, 1947, but India will soon become 'Akhand Bharat', and the Tricolour would fly over Islamabad, said Madhya Pradesh Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya.
Speaking at an Independence Day function in Indore, Vijayvargiya added, "We did not get that Independence for which Bhagat Singh made the supreme sacrifice."
He said New India under PM Narendra Modi destroyed terrorist bases in Pakistan, and responded to drone and missile attacks in such a way that our soldiers did not even get a scratch.
