Hyderabad, June 28 -- Telangana Employment and Labour Minister G. Vivek Venkata Swamy on Saturday hailed former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna recipient PV Narasimha Rao as a visionary leader who guided India through challenging times and laid the groundwork for the nation's economic transformation.
The birth anniversary of the late Prime Minister was commemorated at PV Ghat on Necklace Road, where PVNR's family members, Minister Vivek, Forest and Endowments Minister Konda Surekha, and others paid floral tributes.
