The Dharti Aaba Tribal Film Festival (DAFF), held at the Dr Ramdayal Munda Tribal Welfare Research Institute in Ranchi, has emerged as a major platform for indigenous storytelling.
More than a festival, it reflects the growing recognition of tribal cinema as a space whereculture, creativity, and commerce can converge to shape a new industry for the state.
