Chennai, Sept. 23 -- The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), in association with Annamalai University, conducted a Telecom Consumer Outreach Programmeat Annamalai University, Chidambaramtoday.

The programme was aimed at creating awareness among the telecom consumers about their rights and privileges.

The programme saw the participation of a large number of students, staff, telecom consumers, representatives of telecom service providers and consumer forums.
