TRAI organises capacity building workshop for consumer organisations of Eastern Zone in Shillong

Shillong, Nov. 21 -- The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Regional Office Kolkata, today organised a Capacity Building Workshop for Consumer Organisations (COs) of the Eastern Zone, covering the northeastern states, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal here in Meghalaya.

Manoj Kumar, ADG, DoT NE LSA, presented an overview of the Sanchar Saathi portal (sancharsaathi.gov.in), including key modules such as Chakshu (fraud communication reporting), CEIR (lost/stolen mobile tracking) and TAFCOP (mobile connection count).
