TRAI issues response to back-reference of DoT on the methods of spectrum allocation

New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) today issued its response to the back-reference received from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) in respect of TRAI's recommendation on 'Method of Allocation of Spectrum for PMRTS, including auction, as a transparent mechanism,' an official statement said.
