Bhubaneswar, April 15 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, has ordered a high-level administrative inquiry into the death of a Class V girl student at a government-run Ashram school in Mayurbhanj district.

The Chief Minister has directed the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (Northern Division) to conduct a detailed investigation into the circumstances that led to the illness of several students and the tragic death of the girl, identified as Rupali. The RDC is scheduled to visit the site to carry out the probe and submit a comprehensive report.
