Sant Kabir Nagar, Nov. 14 -- A heartbreaking tragedy struck a family in Babhnai village when parents of the bride to be died just seven days prior to her wedding.
The couple, who had gone shopping for the upcoming ceremony, were killed after being hit by a speeding truck on Thursday evening near the Reserve Police Lines in Khalilabad.
According to reports, Omkar (55), an employee in the electricity department in Gorakhpur, and his wife Kushalawati (50) were returning home after purchasing clothes and other wedding items for their daughter's marriage.
