Agartala, Dec. 29 -- : The Chairman of Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC), Retired Colonel Kush Kumar Sharma, along with his son, was arrested on Sunday night for creating a ruckus in a city hotel. Both father and son were alleged to be inebriated and held for misbehaving with on-duty police officers in a hotel in the city where second Summit of Tripura diaspora was held.

He was subsequently released on a personal bond early in the morning after undergoing necessary medical examinations. It is alleged that Colonel Sharma abused Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury when the minister's security personnel requested him to move his car to clear the way for the convoy.
