Hyderabad, Jan. 4 -- Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) General Secretary Chanagani Dayakar on Sunday launched a sharp attack on former minister and Siddipet BRS MLA T Harish Rao, accusing him of betraying the farmers of Nalgonda and Palamuru districts.
In a video statement, Dayakar alleged that Harish Rao ran away from the Assembly as he could not face the people and failed to answer questions on why the Palamuru-Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Project remained incomplete even after ten years.
He accused the former minister of enriching himself in the name of irrigation projects and questioned why Harish Rao showed concern only for the Kaleshwaram project while neglecting Nalgonda and Palamuru.
