Hyderabad, Oct. 30 -- Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) spokesperson Syed Nizamuddin today strongly condemned the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) for what he described as a joint conspiracy to obstruct the induction of former Indian cricket captain Mohammed Azharuddin into the cabinet of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy.
Reacting to a letter submitted by BJP leaders to the Chief Electoral Officer alleging violation of the Model Code of Conduct, Nizamuddin said the move was a deliberate attempt to deny political representation to minorities.
