New Delhi, Dec. 22 -- Toxic haze continued to blanket the national Capital for yet another day on Monday, with air quality across the Delhi-NCR remaining in the 'very poor' category, offering little respite to residents.
Delhi's 24-hour rolling average Air Quality Index (AQI) stood at 373 on Monday, marginally improved from Sunday's 377 but still firmly within the 'very poor' range, according to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). The near-stagnant readings underscored the absence of any meaningful improvement in pollution levels.
