Ranchi/New Delhi, Nov. 15 -- Jharkhand Minister for Urban Development & Housing, Tourism, Art, Culture and Youth Affairs, Shri Sudivya Kumar, formally inaugurated the state pavilion at the country's largest exhibition-cum-sale event, the India International Trade Fair (IITF), which commenced on Friday at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
