Jammu, Feb. 6 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today said that total gross receipts estimated at Rs 1,27,767 crores for the year 2026-27.
"For 2026-27, the total gross receipts are estimated at Rs 1,27,767 crore, including the provision for ways and means advances and overdraft of Rs 14,000 crore," said the Chief Minister while presenting his second budget of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir in the Legislative Assembly here.
Given these receipts, he said that the total gross expenditure is estimated to be Rs 1,27,767 crore, and informed that, "the total net budget estimates for the fiscal 2026-27 are Rs 1,13,767 crore excluding the provision for ways and means advances and overdraft".
