Intermittent heavy showers have affected both urban and rural areas, causing several rivers to overflow and flood residential settlements. The sudden waterlogging has transformed roads into waterways, severely disrupting transportation and creating significant difficulties for residents.
The most severe impact has been reported in sensitive, low-lying regions. Areas including Masoom Colony, Khas Bagh, and Gandhi Nagar in Beed city witnessed water entering homes, prompting immediate evacuation efforts by the administration.
