New Delhi, Feb. 2 -- Torrent Pharma on Friday reported 52% year-on-year rise in net profit at Rs 443 crore for October-December quarter (Q3) of current financial year 2023-24.
The company had posted a profit of Rs 292 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding year.
The pharma company posted a 10% rise in revenue at Rs 2,732 crore during the December quarter of the current financial year as against Rs 2,491 crore in the same period of previous financial year.
In an official release, the company said its India revenues grew 10% year-on-year to Rs 1,415 crores in the quarter under review.
"Torrent has outperformed the market across all focus therapies aided by strong new launch performance," it said.
