Kozhikode, Dec. 29 -- A one-year-old boy died tragically on Sunday night after a stone got stuck in his throat while playing.
The deceased is Aslam Nooh, son of Mahroof and Rumana couple from Koyyamkottil, Pallikkara Thekkumuri, Changaramkulam, in Kerala's Malappuram district.
The child swallowed soil while playing in the backyard. The small stones in the soil got stuck in his throat and he experienced difficulty in breathing. The child was immediately taken to a private hospital in Changaramkulam.
