Chennai, March 8 -- A couple of days after signing the seat sharing agreement with the ruling DMK-led Secular Progressive Alliance (SPA) for the upcoming Assembly elections, Senior leader and AICC Observer Mukul Wasnik held talks with TNCC leaders on Sunday to identify the propsective constituencies.

After hard bargaining that led to strains in the alliance, which had been winning all the successive elections since 2019, the National party finally inked the pact with the DMK which had allotted 28 Assembly seats as against 25 in 2021 and a Rajya Sabha seat.
