Chennai, Sept. 23 -- Heralding a landmark in coastal restoration and climiate resilience, the TamilNadu government today hosted the first Mangrove Conclave-2025 at Mamallapura, about 55 km fromhere.
Anchored under the Tamil Nadu Coastal Restoration Mission, the conclave brought together anunprecedented gathering of policymakers, scientists, community leaders, and international partnersto deliberate on the future of mangroves as ecological, social, and climate assets.
