Chennai, March 10 -- Amid being loggerheads with the ruling DMK on various issues, Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi upon his appointment as the West Bengal Governor, thanked the people of the state during his 54-month tenure and said he directly understood various dimensions of Tamil language.
