Chennai, April 24 -- The Tamil Nadu government will organise a felicitation function to honour 57 students who had cleared UPSC exams from the State and also announced its decision to set up a residential coaching centre in the city for civil services aspirants.

Making a statement in the State Assembly, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Thursday the coaching centre will have all modern amenities and would accommodate 500 aspirants preparing for civil services exams.

The coaching centre would be set up at Shenoy Nagar in Chennai, at a cost of Rs 40 crore, he said.
