Chennai, Oct. 17 -- Further brightening the lives of the the peopleof Tamil Nadu celebrating the Festival of Lights--Diwali--which falls onOctober 20, the State government announced a public holiday the nextday, extending the festivities by another day.
An official release said October 21, Tuesday, has been declared as aPublic Holidy extending the deiwali celebrations of the people, who hadvisited their native places to enjoy with their fmaily members.
