Chennai, Feb. 17 -- In a sharp attack on the Centre, the Interim Budget presentedin the Tamil Nadu Assembly by Finance Minister Thangam Thennarasu on Tuesdaysaid TN faced unprecedented challenges and the union Government appears to leaveno stone unturned to artificially precipitate a fiscal crisis in the state.
Highlighting the fiscal position of the State, he said in a federal polity, there have beenseveral instances in the past where States have been unfairly treated by the Centre.
