Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 6 -- Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin alleged that India has not progressed in any aspect under the rule of the Narendra Modi Government at the Centre.
Speaking at the Mathrubhumi Literary Festival on Thursday, he said Modi's decision to implement demonetization - without any consultation with the states - crippled the Indian economy, and, affected every single citizen.
