Chennai, May 23 -- As counting trends indicate a landslide
victory for the BJP-led NDA, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi
K Palaniswami and Superstar Rajinikanth greeted Prime Minister
Narendra Modi for BJP's victory in the Lok Sabha polls.
In a letter to Mr Modi, the Chief Minister said ''I congratulate you
on the magnificent victory in the General Elections.''
''The people of our country have honoured you with a second
consecutive term'', he said.
''I wish you and the Government of India under your stewardship
the very best'', Mr Palaniswami said.
Rajini, in a tweet, said ''Respected dear @narendramodi ji hearty
congratulations ...You made it !!! God bless.''
