Kolkata, Dec. 29 -- Trinamool Congress MLA Asit Majumder of Chinsurah in West Bengal's Hooghly district on Monday stalled the SIR hearing for two hours demanding that the party's BLA II (Block Level Assistant) should be allowed into the hearing centre.
Condemning the Election Commission of India's Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Bengal, Majumdar stalled the hearing process from 11 AM at Chinsurah-Mogra Block office with his demand that the party's BLA II should be given entry to the hearing point.
