Tirupati, Jan. 3 -- A man identified as Tirupati, a resident of Nizamabad (Telangana) created a tense situation at the Sri Govinda Rajaswamy temple here on Friday night after climbing onto the temple 'gopuram' (gateway tower), police sources said.
