Tirupati, Dec. 23 -- The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Executive Officer, Anil Kumar Singhal, today directed officials to enhance the broadcast quality of Srivari Vaibhavam and other devotional programmes on the SVBC channel, providing devotees across the globe with high-definition (HD) coverage.
Singhal reviewed the matter with officials at his chamber in the TTD Administrative Building here.
He instructed that necessary applications be submitted to the union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for additional satellite bandwidth, to facilitate HD uplinking and downlinking for the SVBC channel. Officials were also asked to take all required steps for the operational readiness of the HD channel.
