Tirumala, Dec. 25 -- As part of intensified preparations for the forthcoming Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan, TTD chairman BR Naidu on Thursday conducted an inspection of Srivari Laddu sales counters to review operational readiness and service delivery mechanisms.
During the inspection, Naidu examined the laddu issuance process, staff deployment, and quality control measures, including verification of laddu weight.
He also reviewed the functioning of Aadhaar-enabled kiosk machines introduced to facilitate laddu sales to devotees without darshan through digital registration and UPI-based payments.
