Tirumala, Oct. 26 -- Following the heavy downpour for the last a few days in Tirumala, all the reservoirs are almost filled. As the water levels have reached their full capacity, TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu performed special pujas and offered Ganga Harathi at the Papavinasanam Dam on Sunday.
Speaking to the media on this occasion, the Chairman expressed happiness that the water reservoirs in Tirumala have reached 95 percent capacity, describing it as a positive development.
He stated that since Papavinasanam and Gogarbham dams are completely full, water is being released downstream through the gates.
