Tirumala, Dec. 18 -- ertice Global Private Limited, Hyderabad, represented by its Director Sridhar Boddupalli, on Wednesday donated Silver Max half blades worth Rs. 1.20 crore, sufficient for one year's requirement, to TTD.
The donor handed over the blades to TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu at the Chairman's Camp Office in Tirumala.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman stated that TTD spends around Rs. 1.16 crore annually on blades used by devotees during hair tonsure.
He said that about 40,000 half blades are used at the Kalyanakattas.
