Mangaluru, Feb. 7 -- Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and State Congress President DK Shivakumar, addressing speculations about his Chief Ministerial ambitions, said on Saturday that while legislators and the public may have aspirations, "we have to listen to what the party says."Speaking to reporters here, Shivakumar said, "People have dreams, MLAs have dreams, and even you (media) have dreams.
