Thunderstorm with lightning & strong winds likely in North Coastal AP, Yanam in next 3 days: Met

Hyderabad, July 27 -- Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are likely to occur at Isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next three days, the Meteorological Centre said on Sunday.

In a daily weather report here, it said that light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places or at one or two places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next seven days.

Strong winds with a speed of 40-50 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next five days.

Rainfall occurred at one or two places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam, and Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours, the report added. UNI VV BM
