Shimla, Nov. 9 -- In a significant development for the Technical Education Department, the Government of Himachal Pradesh has implemented the judgment of the High Court by promoting all three petitioners to the prestigious post of Deputy Director (Training) in the Directorate of Technical Education, Sundernagar.
The order was passed in CWP No. 6329 of 2025, titled Lalit Kumar & Others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Another, with regard to the three petitioners -- Lalit Kumar, Sanjeev Sahotra, and Ravinder Singh.
