Auraiya (UP), April 19 -- Three siblings were killed and their father was injured after the balcony of a temple in Bidhuna area of Auraiya district in Uttar Pradesh collapsed on Saturday, police sources said here.
Police said that Ajay Pal (55 years), son of Harnam Singh, resident of Madha Machhijheel village, had gone out on Saturday morning with his daughters Sakshi (17), Kajri (14) and son Raunak (8) to harvest wheat from his field.
"Due to the scorching sun at around 10 am, Ajay Pal started resting with his children by sitting under the temple of Chandraprakash Gupta located nearby," they said.
Police said that Ajay Pal's nephew Deepak was threshing gram crop with his tractor near the temple.
