Koderma, Dec. 4 -- The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Rakesh Chandra, on Thursday sentenced three accused to rigorous life imprisonment in a 2020 murder case registered under ST-04/2021.
The convicts Vivek Kumar Pandey alias Vivek Kumar (20), Rajesh Yadav alias Raju Yadav (32), and Nitesh Kumar Pandey (28), all residents of Satgawan were found guilty under Section 302 of the IPC.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on each, with an additional six months' imprisonment in case of non-payment.
The case pertains to the killing of Vikas Kumar Pandey alias Mittu Pandey, for which his relative Jitendra Kumar Pandey had filed an FIR (Case No. 16/2020) at Satgawan police station.
