Fatehpur, Aug. 25 -- Three persons were killed while four other family members were seriously injured after a kutcha house collapsed due to continuous rain in Hardauli village under the Bindki Kotwali area of Fatehpur district.
The house, belonging to 50-year-old Mukesh Bajpai, caved in on Monday morning. Mukesh and his 85-year-old mother, Madhuri Devi, died on the spot after being buried under the debris. Mukesh's wife, Ranno Devi (50), who was critically injured, succumbed to her injuries during treatment at the district hospital.
Four members of the family sustained serious injuries in the incident which included Kamini Devi (13), Kshamta Devi (22), Prakashani Devi (15), and Prakhar (11). All have been admitted to the district hospital...
