Deoria, Sept. 29 -- A tragic incident occurred on this morning at Gauraghat of the Saryu River in Barhaj, Deoria district, where four youths drowned while collecting water for a religious ritual.

One boy was successfully rescued, while three others, including two teenagers, remain missing.

According to reports, the incident took place around 10 am when a group of boys from Nahchua village went to the Saryu River to collect water (Kalash) for the installation of a Durga idol in their village.
