Ch. Sambhajinagar, Jan. 8 -- Three people were killed and four others injured in a high-speed car accident at Kannad Ghat in Ch. Sambhajinagar district late Wednesday night, according to a delayed report received here.
The accident occurred when a car, reportedly traveling at high speed, veered out of control and crashed into a railing on the ghat road. Police said the vehicle was carrying seven persons from Shivai village in Ahmednagar district.
Upon receiving the alert, personnel from the Chalisgaon Rural Police Station reached the spot. The injured were rushed to Chalisgaon Rural Hospital for initial treatment.
