Unnao (UP), Dec. 13 -- Three people were killed when a high-speed dumper collided head-on with an auto-rickshaw near a petrol filling station in Makur village under the Ajgain police station area on Saturday morning, police said.
Three people were traveling in the auto, while four others, including the driver, sustained serious injuries. According to eyewitnesses, the dumper was moving at a very high speed and suddenly went out of control, crashing into the oncoming auto.
The auto was badly damaged, trapping all seven occupants inside. Chaos ensued at the scene as locals rushed in to help and immediately informed the police and ambulance services. Ajgain police arrived promptly and, with the help of villagers, carried out rescue operation...
