Ayodhya, Aug. 8 -- Continuing the momentum of development work in Ayodhya, the rejuvenation and beautification of Brihaspati Kund situated in Tedhi Bazaar is now being carried out, officials said today.
This kund will also attract tourists from South India. Besides, the Uttar Pradesh government is installing statues of the three great devotional music composers from South India. The beautification work of the kund is being done to the tune of Rs 4.49 crore, will be opened for tourists in the next 45 days.
Ayodhya has a deep reverence for musicians. Recently, the state government in honour of legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar had installed a massive veena at Naya Ghat intersection.
