Bhind (MP), Dec. 10 -- Three farmers died when their tractor trolley veered off at a broken culvert and plunged into a canal near the district's Nanpura village, police said.
The incident occurred late Tuesday night and the farmers' bodies were found crushed under the vehicle. With the help of villagers, the law-enforcement authorities brought out the corpses and sent them to a nearby hospital.
The deceased were identified as Rawatpura Sani village residents Shivendra Singh Rajput (35), Balveer Singh Rajput (70) and Jheenguri Singh Rajput (80). The trio had gone to Uttar Pradesh for selling paddy and were returning.
