Shimla/Bilaspur, Nov. 24 -- Chairman of Tourism (Cabinet Rank Minister) R.S. Bali concluded the three-day Jal Tarang Josh Festival at Luhnu Ground on the banks of Govind Sagar Lake in Bilaspur district on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, R.S. Bali said that this festival has become a significant event in the state and will prove to be an important link in the state government's efforts to promote tourism development. He stated that the festivals and celebrations are cultural heritage of the state, and under the leadership of Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, efforts are being made to promote them with renewed vigor.
