Agartala, Dec. 9 -- The Tripura Human Rights Commission (THRC) has resolved as many as 579 cases related to human rights violations between 2016 and 2025, out of a total of 680 complaints.
THRC Secretary D B Reang on Tuesday said that the Commission has recommended compensation in 62 cases, cumulatively amounting to Rs 97,03,309 during the period. Since its inception, the Commission has been instrumental in driving awareness and engagement related to human rights issues.
