Agartala, April 28 -- The Tripura Human Rights Commission (THRC) has directed Agartala Smart City Ltd (ASCL) to lodge an FIR against former CEO Dr Sailesh Kumar Yadav over missing documents linked to the MBB College Lake pollution case, which came to light after his was trasferred on deputation to the Ministry of Health in Delhi last year.
During the hearing, ASCL requested adjournments of the proceedings, citing missing records, and informed that they had filed a Right to Information (RTI) application to obtain the same documents again from the relevant authorities.
