Nashik, Jan. 9 -- Chopra Lawn on Gangapur Road wore a festive look on Friday as thousands of visitors thronged the venue on the opening day of the three-day Nashik Currency Festival, organised by the Collector Society.

People from Nashik city and neighbouring districts gathered in large numbers to view rare coins, banknotes, and historical documents from across the world.

There was a steady flow of visitors from morning till evening, with people of all age groups showing keen interest in the exhibition.
