Istanbul, July 24 -- The third round of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine has concluded in Istanbul, as delegations from both sides met once again in an effort to break the deadlock in negotiations over the ongoing conflict.
As per a report by RT News, the talks were held at the historic Ciragan Palace on the European shore of the Bosporus, this followed two earlier rounds of direct negotiations in Istanbul this year.
While any major breakthrough to end the war currently remain elusive, discussions have so far concentrated on humanitarian concerns- in particular, the exchange of prisoners of war and the repatriation of fallen soldiers.
