Guwahati, Jan. 30 -- Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday said if the BJP government came to power in Assam for a third time, it would not only stop infiltration but also throw out all illegal infiltrators from the state.
Shah was addressing a rally at the Mising Youth Festival in Kareng Chapori in Dhemaji, where he appealed to the people to vote for a BJP government in the next elections under Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma's leadership.
Polls for the 126-member state assembly are due in a few months.
