Moscow, Nov. 18 -- Delivering a firm message on terrorism, days after the Red Fort suicide car bombing, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday said that the world must display zero tolerance towards terrorism and there can be "no justification, no looking away and no whitewashing" of the menace.

In his address at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of Heads of Government Meeting in Moscow, the EAM said the grouping, which includes Pakistan, must never forget that it was founded "to combat the three evils of terrorism, separatism and extremism".
