Mumbai, Jan. 30 -- Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee President Nana Patole on Thursday stated that Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis should stop playing the role of a lawyer and instead do justice to the Chief Minister's post.
Speaking to the media at Tilak Bhavan, Patole said that, since the BJP-led alliance came to power, there has been an internal tussle for power and benefits among the three ruling parties. The government is functioning in a chaotic manner, with serious allegations emerging against ministers daily.
The response given by Chief Minister Fadnavis in the winter session regarding incidents in Beed and Parbhani has made things clear: just as an expert lawyer defends an accused, the Chief Minister did the same.
